TQM5200

With 760 MIPS at a clock frequency of 400 MHz, the MPC5200 achieves a performance class that can handle a wide range of applications. The module provides up to six serial interfaces as well as two CAN controllers. Further features, which characterize the TQM5200, are its small external dimensions of 80mm x 60mm and the robust 0.8mm mezzanine connection system. As all TQ-Minimodules the TQM5200 is long-term available. The integrated SM501 graphic controller offers an exceptional grahic performance through its 8 MByte memory and supports the display of complex graphical user interfaces.The main memory can have any size from 16 MByte to 256 MByte SDRAM. If more memory is needed, a CompactFlash card or a hard disk can be connected through the multifunctional external bus over the ATA/IDE controller. The combination of numerous interfaces and high computing power make the TQM5200 ideally suitable for telematics and control systems, access equipment for the internet and video editing.
