General performance data of the TQ modules

Embedded modules are highly complex processor boards which offer much more functionality than just the processor core alone:

• Modular structure of the modules within a family - with plug&play upgrade and shut down of performance features.
• All essential signals of the processor are available on the module pins.
• Additional, on the module integrated functions, interfaces and signals such as graphics, Ethernet, CAN-controller etc.
• Robust industry-suited 0.8 millimeter mezzanine board-to-board connectors.
• Connectors with variable height setting for the integration of additional hardware below the module.
• Connectors do not require special manufacturing technologies; generous position tolerances.
• Depending on the module, up to 700 pins transmit the full functionality of the embedded system to the application.
